“Clean room, friendly staff ”

“Tappa di una notte per visitare Ottawa. A 15 minuti di macchina da Parliament Hill. Bel posto, personale molto cordiale e gentile, ottima e ricca colazione considerando che è un motel, con continui refilling di cibo e bevande. Forse la stanza non era grandissima ma dotata di tutto. Altro punto a favore che non ci fosse la moquette, che non amiamo molto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.”

“Breakfast and housekeeping was great. However, there was a young male hockey tournament and they were out of control running up and down hallways, constantly going in and out of rooms until 2:00 am. Shame on their adult guardians for not teaching respect for other hotel patrons. ”

“The design of the room was spacious, very comfy and the bathroom was a nice touch with a large bathtub and shower! Very quiet in the hotel even though it was full of couples celebrating Valentines! The restaurant service and good quality was great as well! The only thing I’d suggest needed improvement was to have the parking lot snow plowed! Hard to find a parking spot that was cleared. Shuttle to airport was on time and driver was very friendly. ”
